Showcasing the elements of Fire, Earth, Water, and Air, the company explores topics such as climate change, pollution, oil dependency, while also highlighting the beauty of our planet and the strong need to save it.

Untold Stories looks in depth at the human experience to create awareness and dialogue about topics such as grief, addiction, racism, homophobia and others. The insightful and moving performance carries a message of hope using contemporary dance to tell personal stories of courage and perservarance.
Emotions Dance Company is proud to annouce The Shift, premiering on Friday Sept 22 and Saturday Sept 23, 2017 at 8pm at the Lowndes Shakespeare Center's Mandell Theatre. The Shift provides professional companies and emerging choreographers a chance to showcase work to the Central Florida Community in the spirit of collaboration and preservation of dance as an art form.

Emotions Dance is looking for talented individuals ages 18+ to be a part of our professional contemporary dance company. Dancers must be technically trained and willing to take artistic risks. Dancers should be prepared for ballet barre warmup, progressions across the floor with turns and jumps, and a contemporary dance combination. Dancers should also come prepared with a professional resume and headshot. Pay is available.
Currently there are 3 male positions, 3 female positions, and apprentice positions available. Auditions will take place at Emotions Dance Studio (105 Melody Lane West in Casselberry, FL 32707).
Dancers must be prepared to commit to company class on Tuesday nights and for all scheduled rehearsals which are held on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. If you are under age 18 but still interested in performing, check out EDC II, our youth performance company for ages 12-18.
